2. Purpose of the Website
This website aims to offer roasted whole-bean coffee, 100% single origin—primarily from Colombia and Guatemala—in 340 g and 2.5 kg formats, for both private customers (B2C) and professional clients (B2B) within the European territory.
3. Acceptance of the Terms
By placing an order or registering on the site, you confirm that:

You are at least 18 years old or have the legal capacity to enter into contracts.

You have read, understood and accepted these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

The information you provide is true, accurate and complete.
4. Products and Availability
All products offered are specialty roasted coffee with certified origin.
Images and descriptions are for guidance only; slight variations in packaging may occur.
In the event of out-of-stock items, Café de Origen CC will inform the customer and offer an alternative or a full refund.
5. Prices and Invoicing
Prices are listed in euros (€) and include VAT according to Portuguese law.
Shipping costs are calculated before final payment depending on weight and destination.
We issue invoices with NIF/PT in the buyer’s name.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time, while always honouring already-confirmed orders.
6. Payment Methods
We accept the following methods of payment:

Credit or debit card (via Wix Payments or PayPal)

Bank transfer (for confirmed B2B orders only)
Payment is considered completed once confirmed by the payment gateway.
Payment details are not stored by Café de Origen CC but processed securely by certified providers (PayPal / Wix Payments).
7. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping within mainland Portugal: 24–48 hours.

Shipping to Europe: 3–7 working days.

Free delivery within metropolitan Lisbon for orders over €40.
Shipments are made via FedEx or equivalent carriers and include tracking numbers.
If an order is delayed due to external causes (customs, weather, transport), the customer will be informed.
8. Returns and Refunds
As this is a food product, returns are only accepted in the following cases:

Product damaged during transport

Incorrect item received
To request a refund:

Notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order.

Send photos and the order number to cafedeorigencc@gmail.com.

Once validated, a refund or replacement will be processed within a maximum of 7 days.
9. Liability
Café de Origen CC shall not be liable for:

Delays or failures due to force majeure events.

Damage resulting from improper use of the product.

Incorrect information provided by the customer.
We are committed to maintaining product quality and safety in accordance with EU standards and the Specialty Coffee Association (SCA).
10. Intellectual Property
All texts, images, logos and content on this website are the property of Café de Origen CC or used with authorisation.
Their full or partial reproduction is prohibited without prior written consent.
11. Data Protection
Personal data provided by customers is processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU 2016/679).

12. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Portuguese law.
Any disputes shall be submitted to the courts of Lisbon, unless otherwise provided by consumer legislation.
